Top hook replacement set for all Ortlieb QL1 outfitted panniers(Classic versions manufactured starting in 2005. These hooks require an allen wrench to install). Includes inserts of 8 and 11mm. Each set will replace tophooks on one single pannier. Retrofits all QL 1 panniers prior to 2005 as well as current models.
