Credit Card Security

Shopping at our site is secure and safe because all personal and credit card information is encrypted and protected using the Secure Socket Layer Protocol (SSL). When you press the “Check Out” button at the point of purchase, your credit card information is transferred in encrypted form. To check that your transaction is secure, look for the unbroken key or closed padlock icon in the lower corner of your browser screen during the checkout process.

How do we ensure security?

We use SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) technology to encrypt your name, address, and credit card number, so that your personal data cannot be accessed while traveling over the Internet. SSL works with Netscape Navigator and Communicator (version 2.0 and newer), Microsoft Internet Explorer (version 3.0 and newer), and America Online (version 3.0 and newer).

How to deal with fraudulent charges?

Under the terms of the United States Fair Credit Billing Act, your credit card provider cannot hold you liable for more than $50 of fraudulent charges. In the event of unauthorized use of your credit card, you must notify your credit card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.
